Swing Fall — operated by Ethan Wood (Silver River)
Effective 19 June 2026
This privacy policy applies to the Swing Fall mobile app, together with any related services operated by Ethan Wood (collectively, the “Application”). Ethan Wood is referred to here as the “Service Provider”.
Ethan Wood acts as the Data Controller responsible for processing your personal data.
For data protection inquiries and to exercise your GDPR rights, please contact the Data Controller using the details above.
The Application does not require registration and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or account details in order to play. It has no user accounts and does not send marketing communications.
The Application does collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device you use, your device’s identifiers (including the advertising identifier), the IP address of your device, your mobile operating system, and information about how you use the Application. This information is collected through the third-party services described below and is used to deliver advertising and to understand and improve how the Application performs.
Where the GDPR applies, the Service Provider relies on one or more lawful bases to process your personal data:
The Application serves non-personalized advertising only. It does not use your data to build advertising profiles or to deliver personalized (interest-based) ads.
The Application’s third-party SDKs may use identifiers and similar technologies to support advertising and analytics. Because advertising is limited to non-personalized ads, these technologies are not used to track you across other apps or services for personalized advertising purposes.
This Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Application uses third-party services that collect and process certain data and have their own privacy policies. The data shared with these services includes device and advertising identifiers, IP address, and usage information, as described above. The services used are:
The Service Provider may also disclose information:
Where the GDPR applies, the Service Provider enters into Data Processing Agreements with third-party providers that process personal data on its behalf, as required by Article 28 of the GDPR.
The Service Provider’s third-party providers may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, an appropriate transfer mechanism required by GDPR Chapter V is used, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Countries outside the EEA may not provide the same level of data protection as the EEA; where required by law, appropriate safeguards are applied.
The Service Provider retains data only as long as necessary for the purposes described:
You can request deletion of the data associated with your use of Swing Fall at any time. To do so:
What is deleted: data collected through Swing Fall and held by its third-party providers that can be associated with your device or advertising identifier, including advertising identifiers, device identifiers, and gameplay/usage data.
What may be retained: aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you, and any data that must be kept to comply with legal obligations or for security and fraud-prevention purposes, retained only for as long as required. Your game progress is stored only on your own device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Because the Application serves only non-personalized ads, no in-app advertising consent is required. You can further limit ad-related identifiers at any time through your device’s operating system settings (for example, by resetting or limiting your advertising ID in your Android privacy settings).
You can stop all further collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops new data collection from your device but does not automatically delete information already transmitted. To request deletion of your data or to exercise any of your rights, contact the Service Provider at ethan11wood@gmail.com.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or where a higher age of digital consent is established under applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children or market the Application to them. If the Service Provider learns that a child has provided personal information, it will delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact ethan11wood@gmail.com.
The Service Provider implements reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes. Access is limited to those who need it to operate, develop, or improve the Application. However, no security system can prevent all possible breaches.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, the Service Provider will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as required by law. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, you will also be notified without undue delay.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure (the “right to be forgotten”); restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, contact the Service Provider using the details above.
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. A list is available at edpb.ec.europa.eu. If you are in the United Kingdom, you may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; request deletion; request correction; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The Application does not sell your personal information and serves only non-personalized advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact ethan11wood@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local data protection laws. The rights described above — including access, correction, deletion, and objection — reflect the core protections common to most privacy regimes worldwide. If you are located outside the EEA, the UK, or California and wish to exercise any rights available to you under your local law, please contact the Service Provider at ethan11wood@gmail.com.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will indicate material changes by posting the updated policy with a new effective date. Previous versions are available on request at ethan11wood@gmail.com.
For any questions about this policy or your privacy while using the Application, contact the Service Provider at ethan11wood@gmail.com. The Service Provider will respond within one month of receiving your request, extendable by up to two months where necessary due to complexity or volume, as permitted by applicable law.
